  3. The home looks great set back on the property! I guess the driveway is from the left that you can't see it. Excited for you to be closing soon. Can't wait to see how you fix it up!

    1. Yes, I plan on continuing to post updates. I need to pack. We packed a few boxes today. Then I looked around and it looks like we have not packed anything! The movers want $1,600 to pack us. That should be enough to motivate me to pack myself!

    2. Thanks for keeping us up-to-date with posts. Packing is a beast! I am decluttering, summer cleaning and packing as I move along. I prefer to pack my own things and use that money for the movers. I have been using Town and Country Movers out of Rockville for several years! Which company are you working with and have you used them before?

    3. We are using McKendree Moving & Storage out of Waldorf, MD. A few of my clients have used them. They are charging $2,500 to move three fully finished levels.
